Full Refund: Guests will receive 100% of the amount paid if canceled within 48 hours before the agreed move-in date.
No Refund: Guests will receive 50% of the amount paid if canceled within 24 hours before the agreed move-in date.
Check-in time is after 3 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Late check-out or early check-in may be accommodated based on availability but must be agreed upon 24 hours in advance.
Can I bring My Pets:
Pets are welcome in the property with a $150 non-refundable fee. This fee will be returned within 48 hours after check-out, provided there is no damage caused by the pet.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking inside will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed in the property. Excessive noise or any behavior that disturbs neighbors will not be tolerated.
